Dashboard Overview¶
The Icana.AI Dashboard is your central hub for managing your transcription account. Access it at ats.icana.ai.
Creating an account¶
- Go to ats.icana.ai/register
- Sign up using your email address (powered by Auth0)
- Verify your email address via the confirmation link
When you first sign up, your account is automatically set up with:
- A Stripe customer profile for billing
- $1.20 AUD free credit — enough to transcribe up to 1 hour of audio
Logging in¶
Visit ats.icana.ai/login to sign in. You'll be redirected to the secure Auth0 login page.
After logging in, you'll land on the Dashboard Home page.
Dashboard home¶
The home page gives you a quick overview of your account:
- Credit balance — your current balance in AUD
- Usage this month — minutes of audio transcribed in the current billing period
- Quick links — navigate to API Keys, Billing, or the Playground
Navigation¶
The dashboard has four main sections:

Logging out¶
Click Logout in the navigation to sign out. Your session will be cleared and you'll be redirected to the login page.
